From risk imagination to safety intervention – Managing risks with knowledge

What does a management team, a regulator or a front-line operator need to know and can use to manage risks effectively? NCSR Demokritos with ESReDA’s ‘Risk, Knowledge, Management’ (RKM) project group manages to answer this question in the the 65th ESReDA seminar.

The 65th ESReDA seminar will focus on fostering the exchange of ideas and expertise around the complex relationships between risk, knowledge, and management. Its aim is to generate innovative approaches for accident prevention and to enhance safety management through more effective utilization of knowledge. The primary objective of this seminar is to identify the key enablers and barriers in the production of knowledge related to safety risks and resilience, driving forward improvements in these critical areas.
