On June 4, 2026, the Networking Event of the “PoC for Emerging Technologies” programme, implemented by Science Agora, Innovation To Society and the HDB – Hellenic Development Bank SA , was successfully held.

The event brought together the research community and industry, featuring 39 research teams and spin-offs that showcased innovative technologies across cutting-edge sectors, including Artificial Intelligence, Energy Transition, Industry 4.0, and Healthcare.

More than 60 targeted one-on-one meetings took place between participating teams and representatives of leading companies and organizations, creating new opportunities for pilot projects, commercial partnerships, and strategic collaborations.

The Networking Event marked another important step toward bridging the gap between research and market adoption, fostering technology transfer and accelerating the development of innovative solutions with meaningful economic and societal impact.

The initiative is supported by the “Competitiveness 2021–2027” Programme and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
